Here’s a sequence from the guard that I’ve been repping out recently.
Pay careful attention to the first part where you trap your opponent’s arm
across your body.
After you’ve got him there, I show you a good series of simple submissions
you can use to finish him with.
The moves in this sequence are:
1 – Use knee to bring him down & trap his arm across his body
2 – Let him escape arm, triangle choke
3 – Arm bar
4 – Elbow lock
5 – Stuff head, shoulder lock
6 – Stuff head, reversal to mount
